As a qualified level 4 nutritionist I am here to prove to you that eating a healthy diet doesn’t have to be over complicated, boring or time consuming. You might feel overwhelmed by the amount of contradictory advice that is out there but I am here to break it down for you and make it as easy as possible. As always, one size doesn’t fit all and it is about finding what works for you! With a healthy diet and a personalised meal plan you can eat the food that will help you reach your goals and make you feel good, powerful and energised. You might even be able to still enjoy your favourite treats! Everything is about finding the right balance. The initial consultation will include your food diary analysis. I will help you break down your eating patterns, answer your questions, give you information on the healthy diet guidelines, food labels and much more advice and tips.  We will also speak about different diets that could work in achieving your goals and see which one would be right for you. This consultation does not include calculations of your  calorie and nutrient requirements or anything else that is included in the 8 week plan. Booking and attending your initial consultation does not commit you to anything. At the end of it you can go home and decide if you want to go ahead with the 8 week plan or not.

The second consultation comes with an 8 week personalised meal plan. It includes the calculation of your daily calories, proteins, carbs,fats and fluid requirements. I will provide you with 8 weeks of meal ideas. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Examples of food shopping lists, some healthy and delicious recipes and it will be tailored just for you according to your needs and goals . To enable me to  prepare your 8 week meal plan you will first need to go through the initial consultation.
