I was feeling really apprehensive about starting training with a personal trainer as I felt I wouldn’t be able to achieve my goals and still feel uncomfortable about my weight. I started training with Albane & Volkan and immediately felt at ease, they set a programme up that was tailored to me and it was both challenging and enjoyable, and after ten weeks I feel that I am well on my way to achieving my goals. I was never one that enjoyed going to the gym, however now I have the confidence of walking into the gym and I look forward to my training sessions. Amazing work and thank you for helping me reach my goals.
